Diabetes Research Western Australia was formed in 1976, aimed at stimulating research into all aspects of diabetes, particularly in WA, to find a cure to this chronic complex disease. The collaborative nature of research undertaken in WA ensures the outcomes they achieve are shared around the world. Sherl Westlund (Executive Director) will talk about the latest research and discuss the outcomes for people who suffer from Diabetes
