Zumba Gold classes are specially designed for the older active adult, beginners and anyone who is just starting their fitness journey. The low impact workouts combine all elements of fitness: cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy, along with a serious dose of happiness each
time you leave the class. The easy choreography and great music will make you forget that you are doing
exercise. Please wear gym gear, bring a bottle of water with you and be ready to have some fun!
