For parents with babies aged between 4-7 months, the Child Health Centre offers an informative session on Introduction to Solids. With increasing numbers of children developing allergies to some foods, it is helpful to understand the recommended order in which to introduce solids into your baby’s diet and the importance of timing in regards to breastfeeding and age.
