Description:
 Food Sensations® for Parents is a healthy eating and cooking program. The four-session program empowers parents with knowledge and skills to provide nutritious meals for themselves and their families.

Session 1 (3 February 2017): Healthy Eating

Session 2 (10 February 2017): Label reading and food selection

Session 3 (17 February 2017): Budgeting and Menu Planning

Session 4 (24 February 2017): Lunchboxes and snacks

 This is a four week program which is free for participants. When you register for the first session, you will automatically be registered for all four.
