 Today’s digital cameras are “smarter” than ever, and one of their biggest selling points is how easy it is to just press a button and come away with a great photo.

But that isn’t what always happens. To take pictures we’re proud of really requires understanding the basic principles of photography, explained simply in a way that’s understandable for people of different backgrounds and skills.

Join professional photographer Jay Heifetz for a day of learning these basic skills to make your picture-taking more fun, and to take your results to a higher level.
