Gentle poses are punctuated by pauses and stillness that remind students to focus in the present moment. Perfect for busy people and parents who want to reconnect with their body and being. This session reflects a shift away from fitness to wellness and mindfulness in yoga. Participants are rewarded with a 30 minute guided meditation at the end.
