Event Type: 2021 Wellbeing & Resilience Date: 30/05/2024 Start Time: 10:30 AM End Time: 11:30 AM Description: When we are put into stressful, surprising, or traumatic situations and environments, our bodies react in fight, flight, or freeze mode. Facilitated by a Senior Practitioner, this information session will provide a trauma-informed approach about what happens to our brains and bodies during these situations. We will discuss what triggers unwanted reactions in certain situations or environments and focus on the powerful relationship between mind and body.
