 Girls are underrepresented in STEM subjects at school, while women remain underrepresented in STEM careers. Join speakers from AIML and industry in a talk about changing the narrative to attract (and retain) girls to STEM subjects, and encourage them on a trajectory towards long-term careers in tech. Find out how important it to invest in resilience, promote inclusivity and encourage innovation in order to close this gap.
Hear about the significant role that teachers and parents / caregivers have in helping girls make the transition from curious, young science fans to become strong contributors to the tech sector.
