Description:
The first presentation in the Philosophy Café series is:
Why be Moral? and will be facilitated by Professor Garrett Cullity from the University of Adelaide.

People generally treat each other decently; sometimes we do not. If someone asks for a good reason to do the former rather than the latter, what can we provide? Philosophers since Plato have grappled with this question. This session will be an introduction to some of their answers, and an opportunity to discuss them – and to see whether you can provide a better one!
