We are often mindful of our physical fitness but when it comes to our mental health did you know there are things you can do to build resilience, foster good thoughts and feelings and prevent burnout? Join us for a free presentation and Q&A with the Mental Health Coalition SA on what keeps us mentally fit and how good mental fitness can be maintained.
