Learning the basic operation, care and maintenance of these devices can be daunting but despite the myriad series of buttons, dials and menus there are really only a few things you need to know to operate any digital camera. This workshop is designed for beginners with point and clicks right through to advanced amateurs with Digital SLR cameras.=0D=0A=0D=0AIn order to benefit from this workshop you must have -:=0D=0A1. A DIGITAL camera with at least 3X zoom.=0D=0A2. The camera must have Portrait mode, Landscape mode, Sports mode and Night mode (nearly all but the cheapest toy camera will have these modes)=0D=0A3. Charged batteries. (Very Important as this will be a hands on workshop)=0D=0A4. Camera manual (just in case I don't know where to find certain buttons)=0D=0A=0D=0AThe topics we will cover -:=0D=0A=0D=0A1. Basic operation, cleaning and care.=0D=0A2. How to use the scene modes for different situations.=0D=0A3. How to compose and set up a few classic professional style shots=0D=0A=0D=0AFinally, to help you photograph the real world I will take you on a virtual tour through some common real world situations and get you to practice setting your cameras up appropriately for these real world situations.=0D=0A
