Acoustic Guitar Workshop with Tara Coates

Event Type: Ideas Space
Date: 27/09/2019
Start Time: 4:00 PM
End Time: 5:00 PM
Description:
Ever wanted to learn guitar? Tara Coates has been teaching guitar for the last ten years. Over that time Tara has learnt that no two people want to learn to play for the same reason. They might want to play guitar professionally, or jam with their friends. Maybe they want to de-stress, play for themselves and strum along with their favourite songs at home. Whatever YOU want to do with the guitar, Tara would love to help you get there your way. Join this FREE all ages, beginner friendly, acoustic guitar workshop at the City Library and get started today!

Guitarist/singer songwriter Tara Coates (formerly Carragher) combines her love of alt-country and her folk roots as a dynamic and seasoned performer, having toured and recorded in both Australia and the USA. Tara has taught guitar for the last ten years and runs her own instrumental music school TARA Guitar.
