Description:
 City Libraries first ever sculptor in Residence. Scott Eames will be in residence through Oct/Nov and be undertaking an extremely exciting project dedicated to the Queen Adelaide Statue. Scott will also be working on a portrait bust during a live sitting with our one and only Allen Tiller
